*** UPDATE 10/19/11: All my Exchange chapters are now on Slideshare and reformatted to look similar to my more recent updates. The only changes I made were to fix a few typos/misspellings caught by PowerPoint, and try to reduce the godawful number of plumbbobs, headlines, sky shots, etc. I couldn't fix all of them by any means, but it is an improvement.
