Group the careers together, like so:


Here's how to use it.
Each line represents an EP. Remove the lines for the EPs you aren't using.
For each career you remove, append the restrictions for that career to the career left at the top of the same column it used to be in.

Remove FT careers:
Dance restrictions are now part of Music. Oceanography is in Medical. Intelligence restrictions are part of Journalism. Architecture restrictions are part of Politics. Entertainment restrictions are part of Slacker.

Remove Pets careers:
Pet Showbiz is now a part of Education. Pet Security restrictions are part of Law. Pet service restrictions get put in Oceanography.
