Rhea wrote:Hi Everyone! I'm Rhea. I'm a 20 year old graphic design student from Alberta, Canada.

Jenn and I started the forums after signing each others guestbooks, and I dragged Drew along for the ride. You can read the story of how Boolprop.com came to be here

I started playing the sims WAAAAY back when TS1 came out, so naturally I got the Sims 2 when it came out as well. Since I've gotten my mac though I haven't played it near as much as I used to.

When I'm not found lurking around Boolprop, I'm usually out with friends, getting in a soccer game, snorkeling or scuba diving, etc.

If you ever need anything, just shoot me a PM. I'm happy to help.

Jennifer wrote:Hi. For those who didn't guess, my name is Jennifer. I'm 21 from Alberta, Canada and I'm one of the three administrators of this website. I've seen it grow from a few members to a few hundred members to a few thousand members and I have to say it's been great!

I started playing The Sims shortly after it was originally released and when The Sims 2 came out I was hooked instantly. Once I heard about the legacy challenge I was even more addicted. After completing my alphabet legacy however, I was pretty burned out from the game and now when I play it's just for fun, which is a nice change of pace.

When I'm not playing The Sims I'm probably drumming in my band. We've finally gotten to the point where we can get out of my basement and start playing bar shows! I've been playing the drums for 7 years now and I love it. You know how it just clicks for sims when they find their passion? That was me when I began playing music. It started with piano, then in junior high I switched to drums and haven't looked back.

Drew wrote:Hi there,

I'm Drew ... and I'm currently 18 years old. I probably won't remember to update this post, so I can't guarantee the accuracy of my age! ;) I live in Illinois, and this fall I will be attending college in Wisconsin.

I joined Boolprop.com shortly (two days) after it was created. Rhea and I have worked on several online projects together over the past 6 years or so. We have spent tons of time talking and getting to know each other, so naturally I followed her here. I spend most of my time on the forums making sure that everything is running correctly, and working on new things. I also enjoy working with the moderating team to make sure that the entire site runs as smoothly as possible :)

I do have The Sims 2 installed on my PC , and I play now and then -- though you'll usually find me on my mac. While I'm not an avid gamer, I am not a complete stranger to the game. I have unsuccessfully tried to start a couple of basic legacies, but I'm just too A.D.D. to get past the first few generations!

Feel free to contact me if you have any comments or concerns about the site. We are always looking for new ways to improve the site, so just let us know!

I was the 21st member to join boolProp, and my user name wasn't always plain and simple Sly. I became a moderator about a week before my 16th birthday, back in 2006; and am very proud to have been made one. Of course being on BoolProp means I'm a simmer who love's legacies, but first lets get into the simming aspect of my interests :P My brother is the one who got me into the sims to begin with. He brought it home from college, thus I was hooked at the young age of 8 or 9. I'm 20 years old now, a college student, and still very much the simmer! *jack*

I play both The Sims 2 and 3. I've only played legacies in TS2 though, I just can't get into them on TS3. I personally liked having my supernatural creatures around, and am rather unhappy with the lack of them in TS3; playable ghosts just ain't my thing, lol.

What I have to say about our community that it's filled with wonderful people, who wont call you an idiot if you don't know something; and they'll explain what you need to you. They wont turn you away. This is the first forum I had ever been on that was that nice.

When I'm not simming I'm interested in:

Video Gaming: I mainly play PC and game on the 360. I'm very into the Survival Horror, Fighting, and Racing Genres. I also love some RPG/FPS games. I don't really do online play though, as I'm more of a casual *semi-cheap* gamer, so no Xbox-Live for me. :P
Video Gaming has become a very big part of my life in the last couple of years. I'm going to school for Game Art & Design, I'd love to be a concept artist.

Reading, Music, Singing, Drawing, and my Friends are my other interests. I'm very devoted to all. *jack*

Well that's me for you :)
Remember, if you ever need help or anything; my PM box is always open!!

When I was asked to be a mod, I was really happy to help out even more.

I work at a pharmacy chain as a pharmacy technician but I use to work at a call center taking calls for technical support. That is a stressful job! So I am glad to be out of there. I am 35 years old and I don't have any kids. I live in South Carolina with my dog, Piper, and a cat, Mitzie. I guess they are my kids; they sure do act like them.

I am an artist and love working on my computer, and not just games. I mean spreadsheets, database, and web pages. I also love movies and Asian horror movies. Also I love some Japanese anime including but not limited too Sailor Moon, Fushigi Yugi, Escaflowne, and Blue Seed series. I am also a big Jem and the Holograms cartoon fan.

I hope that makes you understand me a little better.

koko wrote:Hey! I'm Koko, or Jen as many of you know me by. I'm a Sims team leader and a member of the Off Topic team.

I'm 23 and live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I graduated in May last year with a degree in Information Sciences and Technology (computers - I'm always getting asked what my major is for). I'm currently working full time in computer/tech support. I have 2 cats, named Nala and Koko (yes the username came from her), and a dog named Candy.

In my free time I love listening to loud rock music (MCR, Aiden, AFI, Paramore, etc.), spending time with my friends, playing video games and reading. I first started liking Sims when Hot Date was just released for TS1. I watched my friend play it at her house and I've been hooked ever since. I was one of the earliest members of boolprop and joined just a few days after it was opened. However, I was pretty much a lurker here and didn't really become an active poster until the very first Next Top Model competition, which I won with Xavier Kavan. Other games I enjoy playing besides The Sims are Zoo Tycoon, Roller Coaster Tycoon, Dragon Age, and Playstation 3.

If you ever need anything, you can always PM/IM me :).

Ndainye wrote:Hi! I'm Ndainye, and I'm the Help Team Leader and a Member of the Sims and the Stories Teams.

I'm in my late thirties and I'm currently living in Nashville, Tennessee. Despite rumors to the contrary not everyone in Nashville likes country music. I do have a few friends in the industry but I'm more partial to Rock myself. One of the reasons why I tend to be active in the help section which led to being named a mod there is because I work in a computer lab and do computer/tech support. I returned to school in my mid thirties and I currently take classes at the local university. Outside of work and school I'm owned by a cat, named Sam.

I've been a computer gamer since my teens back in the stone ages of computer technology, when text based games were cutting edge. I discovered the internet in my mid twenties and started online gaming with Ultima Online and I've played numerous MMO's since then. As far as The Sims is concerned I played Sims One on and off buying various expansions and dabbling a bit with it but it never really caught my attention to the degree that Sim Two has done. I purchased The Sims Two fairly soon after it came out but when my first family had a tragic death occur while their son was watching clouds I uninstalled. A little while later when University came out I tried it again and got hooked, discovering the community around the game and through it the Legacy Challenge.

I joined boolprop right before the Blackout of 2006 but didn't become very active here until later that year.

During the rare times that I'm not in front of a computer you'll find me reading just about anything I can lay my hands on. I also enjoy hanging with my friends, spending time with my nephew, niece and other family members and traveling all over the place. Don't ask me about television though I own one but with occasional exception of news and weather reports it's only used for watching DVD's.

Orikes wrote:Hi there! I'm Orikes and I'm a Team Leader for the Legacy Team and I'm also part of the Help Team. This is most likely because of the fact that I'm obsessed with legacies and sims stories, I've worked tech support before, and I don't know when to shut up. Sometimes this is a good thing.

I'm in my late 30's (I won't be able to say that for much longer) and I live in Western New York with three cats and a chinchilla. Just to clarify, I'm no where near New York City. I'm actually closer to Toronto or Cleveland. Beyond that, I've worked a variety of jobs over the years, including administrative assistant, graphic design, tech support and more. Lately I've been happily working for a company that does aerial photography tied to real geographic data. It's a bit complicated, but let's say you call 911 on your cell phone. If that county's emergency services has my company's product, the 911 operator will pull up a picture of the area where you're located, so they can give the fire or police departments a good description of where you're at. It's pretty darn cool.

Every since I discovered the internet back in the mid 90's, I've been completely addicted. I tend to throw myself completely into a community surrounding something I'm interested in. First it was text-based RPGs (MUSH and MUDs), then it was Everquest. In between, there's been Masters of Orion II, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, and more.

Just over two years ago, I bought a new computer that was capable of playing newer games I'd been missing out on. One that I decided to give a chance was Sims2. I honestly wasn't expecting to like it that much. The original Sims was fun, but it didn't hold my interest for more than a couple of weeks at a time. Sims2 turned out to be COMPLETELY different. Within a month I was completely addicted and had bought all the available expansions. Since I throw myself into communities like that whole heartedly, it was only a matter of time before I discovered legacies.

For about six months, I only read legacies and didn't really do one of my own. I was happy playing my own big neighborhood. At some point, I decided I needed a change, so I started a legacy. Needing support and a little guidance, I started coming around Boolprop a little more often. One thing lead to another, and this place has become one my primary homes on the internet. I'm happy to help mod this forum since I think it's a great resource for anyone wanting to get involved in the community, whether or not they're working on their own challenges or stories.

Teresa wrote:Hi, I am Teresa :)

I have been playing Sims since August 2005, a member of Boolprop.com since October 2006, and a moderator since July 2007. I have been married since 1985, I have two kids, both in college now. I have a house full of cats and a dog that things she is a cat. My sister (singinghymns) is the one that hooked me on Sims. She had all of the original Sims games and one week while I was on vacation I took her games and started playing. That was the beginning of my obsession. I played Sims 1 for about 2-3 weeks and then decided to buy Sims 2. When Sims 3 was released I made the move and have never looked back.

One day in October 2006 I was at work and completely bored. I started searching on the web for sims information and started to see legacy stories and challenges. I lucked across boolprop.com and after a day of lurking I joined and have never regretted it. In fact I was on boolprop.com so much at work that our MIS department blocked the address  oops. In September 2007 I "retired" from working. I am enjoying not working on a schedule any longer but have noticed that I am still always busy and sometimes I think I am busier than I ever was when I was working full-time. In July of 2011 I went back to work for my old boss part time just to help her out on projects.

Outside of Sims I also play Lord of the Rings Online on the Brandywine server. I have several characters so if you play, look me up - I am Marilot, Ashreth, Loraiel, Tamilia, Hanarae, Shaelyne, Valkaree, Kaite, Jillisa, and Gwenifer. When not gaming I enjoy blogging (reading them mostly and writing some), reading science fiction, watching and collecting DVDs (I currently have almost 700), and spending time with family and friends.

Sophie! wrote:Well, hello there :) I'm Munks, but feel free to call me Sophie, or any other nick names you invent for me, I'm not too bothered! I'm never good at writing about me, so I guess I'll jump right in. I'm 17 & from the North of England. About to start my last year of highschool which is very scary, because I so don't feel old enough! I'm a pretty chilled out person, until it gets to exam periods then I freak out....but I like to think I'm easy going. I don't get mad often really, just a little annoyed sometimes, but I promise I'm nice! ;) I'm hoping to do American Studies at university when I go because I honestly find America soooo fascinating. I know you probably don't understand it if you are an American, but my earliest memory is being in America and I just have always felt like I just want to go back so badly, and I'm so interested in like American Culture, so it would be amazing to study that at University! :D

I've been playing Sims ever since the Sims Original. My dad bought it home one day and I guess I was hooked. Never stopped loving it. I actually wasn't planning on getting Sims 2, but my dad once again, bought it home one day and I was hooked more than the original. I've been playing it that long, it's just a daily part of my life, almost. I found Boolprop through a number of different legacies, such as Jenn's Mythology legacy. And I've been hooked here as well! I've been a member around 2 years, and not once have I ever wanted to leave. At the moment I probably spend more time here than in my game! As for my legacy background, I've started many, many, many legacies, but most didn't get past the first couple of days. I've completed one, that wasn't published, which I have to say I miss playing. I've also got my more recent legacy, the Histacy, which I completed just before Easter. Then with TS3 it was the same story, I wans't going to get it but I caved and bought it, then it took a while to get into, but once I did I was hooked, and with Ambitions there's just SO much to do. I've been playing over half my life and I still find new things, it's amazing! :P

Anyway, I have other interests besides the sims, such as...

History. I'm a big history nerd! Especially the 20th Century, like modern history. And ancient history. I just finished learning about Vietnam & Korea and I actually found them really interesting.
Travelling. I've seriously caught the travel bug and I seem to have an endless list of places I want to visit, from Canada & the USA to New Zealand, Singapore & Vietnam. I think other places are so fascinating and I just want to see as much as I can before it's too late!
Reading. I adore reading. I read way too many books, Especially in Summer. At the moment I'm hooked on Kathy Reichs, I can't get enough of her plots!
Politics. Ever since I took it this year I've just been constantly interested in it. Especially with the UK election this year
Music! I not only love to listen to a wide variety, but I also try playing guitar too. Although I'll admit I'm not very good. I basically love most types of music. Obviously there are genres I don't listen to, but I'll give anything a go, and on my playlist you'll find everything from country to metal. I love live music as well, I can't think of anything better than screaming along to your favourite song by your favourite band when they're almost within reaching difference.
ONE TREE HILL. I'm kinda obsessed.....it's probably my favourite show on TV along with Bones. Which is a show based on Kathy Reich's life & books and stuff...so yeah.

And finally, I guess I'll finish up by saying, if there's anything else you want to know, or if you have any questions or want to chat, just PM me or something and I'll be happy to chat! :)

Mzyra wrote:Updated 24/06/10:
Hey, I'm Mzyra/Jess (I don't care which you call me if you can't remember my real name), I'm 17 19 until 24/9 and I live in South England. I'm currently in college university up in the North of England (except in the Summer), studying international history and politics. What I want to do with that? Erm, I'll get back to you on that.
I joined boolprop due to a severe legacy addiction - it didn't cure me, but it made it a lot more fun!
I play The Sims 2 and legacies quite a lot (and now also TS3 as well), though I have yet to be successful because I get too many ideas and then never manage to complete any of them! I've been on one legacy for over half a year now so maybe we'll finish one for once, so long as my laptop holds out.
I'm sure, like many people, I would like to be a writer and/or a journalist, but shall get there through my love of history - the best subject in the world :) (Politics a close second :P )
I heard about The Sims through some boys at school when I was 10 talking about how they'd killed each other (men! ), found legacies through JFed's and must have heard about this through one of the big legacies when it was set up, because I joined 2 months after it was started. Pretty impressed with myself there, actually *hmm*
That's probably pretty much all you need (or anyone has ever needed) to know about me. I'm happy to help people if they have any problems around, though I should point out that you'd probably be better off asking your wall for advice about technological stuff than asking me *shifty* Which would be why I'm a story mod rather than a help section mod

Mel wrote:Hey. I'm Mel. I'm 20 years old and I live in Illinois. I was born September 12th, 1989 making me a Virgo and a Snake (according to Chinese Astrology). I have 4 siblings: 2 step-sisters, 1 half-sister and 1 half-brother. I have three adorable little nephews. I attend Loyola University in Chicago, double-majoring in Communication Studies and English - Creative Writing. I also have a minor in Sociology. I am of an Irish, Swedish and Cherokee Native American heritage. I'm also obsessed with the Sims but you probably already knew that.

I first joined Boolprop in October of 2006. I probably followed a link off the Exchange, but I don't really remember all that now. I've been playing the Sims since TS1 was out and I went out and bought TS2 as soon as it came out in September 2004. I own all the EPs to the game but none of the SPs. I play my game on an outdated computer with average graphic capabilities and an abysmal amount of RAM for all the gigs of CC I have on my hard drive. I'm a legacy and story addict and usually when I'm playing the Sims I'm working on one or the other. I have completed one regular legacy on TS2. I now own TS3 and play that rather than TS2. I played TS2 for five years so I figure it had a good run.

Besides the Sims and Boolprop, I love reading, writing, music, movies, watching Buffy or Supernatural (I'm a big obsessive fan of both), rainy or cloudy weather, taking walks, hiking in the woods, going to concerts and rocking out, singing loudly (and badly) and the dark.

Writing is my passion. It's my dream to become a published novelist someday and sell tons of copies of my books. Though my more practical goal is actually to do something in the editing business.

I love music of all genres through rock & roll is closest to my heart. One of my favorite bands of all time is Led Zeppelin. ;)

I love all kinds of movies, but my favorite kinds are horror flicks and suspenseful thrillers. I'm a huge LotR and HP nerd so they of course are among my favorite movies, but my all time favorite movie is probably The Crow.

I read a lot. And I do mean a lot! However, I tend to be picky with my books. I won't read something that I consider was written poorly or in my mind is too unoriginal. For that reason, I am not a fan of the Twilight series. I know I am in the extremest minority on that issue and I will flee the mob of Twilight fans with flaming torches and pitchforks now. My favorite author is Stephen King and I love all of his work.

Right now that's about all I can think of to write and I know I've already rambled on way too much. If there's anything else you want to know feel free to PM me. Also, if you need anything don't be afraid to click that PM button. :)

Music Education major at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Currently I live at home while I’m finishing my degree, and once I graduate and get my teaching credential I’m hoping to become a high-school choir director. We’ll see how that works out.

I joined Boolprop in 2006 after starting my Legacy, the Fitzhugh Legacy, which has since been completed. It took me a few months to really get involved with the community here, but once I did, I really enjoyed being around the forum. I love this place and have always found it very friendly. Right now, I’m working on an Apocalypse story called A Villainous Apocalypse, and the Apocalypse forums are the areas I’ll mostly be focusing on as a moderator.

Besides the Sims, I have a few other hobbies I really love. I’m am amateur novelist (ever since middle school) and fantasy is my favorite genre to write. I’m also a prolific reader, I doodle occasionally, and I play the guitar and the flute in addition to singing. We don’t have TV at our house right now, but there are several shows I enjoy watching on DVD or on Hulu, and those include Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, Avatar, Gilmore Girls, and Glee. My music collection is also pretty haphazard and features a bunch of different genres. Becoming a music major introduced me to a lot of music I had either never heard before or wasn’t sure I would like, and it’s been a pretty life-changing experience.

I’m also the joint maintainer (or moderator) of two Simming communities on LiveJournal: the Boolpropian Round Robin Legacy community, and a prompts community called Simspiration. I’m on that site every day, so if you want to say hi, feel free ^_^

That’s it, I think! If I can help you with anything, please feel free to drop me a PM. <3

I joined boolprop in April of 2006 but didn't get active until a month later and of course, helped and followed Boolprop to its new cozy home here. :)

I'm attending Central Michigan University. I'm majoring in English with a Creative Writing Concentration and minoring in Youth Studies and Human Development. It's my perfect school, and I'm having a blast being a non-typical college student. My friends are awesome and six of us are living in a townhouse next year. I'm really excited for next year! I'd love to become have is to become a famous fiction author! I know it sounds crazy or whatever, I mean everybody has that dream once in their life but when it's a dream you've had since 7th grade-- you don't let it die. I completed two novels and am heavily seriously editing the first one. However I lack at grammar and titles, those are quite literally the bane of my existence.

I'd love for my future to include me moving to North Carolina, traveling a ton and somehow fitting five children in that. (3 biological I am not having five kids I will adopt two my lord my body will hate me).

My favorite color is Green, and I despite copious amounts of pink. Or if my username is pink for an extended period of time (coughiblamerheacough) so this orange is nice. I'm generally a kind, caring and shy person. However, as being the Gemini I am, I can be sarcastic, loud and a ditz. I'm a very bubbly and about 80% an optimist and 20% a realist. Also, a complete dreamer. I have a very intense phobia of needles and I'm afraid of: Massive amounts of blood, falling from heights and tornadoes. I tend to make my presence known by stomping around and I'm a bit forgetful but I always remember the oddest and smallest moments.

I'm an avid reader, I own over 200 books. My favorites are: Shadow of the Wind, Dracula, The Hunger Games, A Great and Terrible Beauty series, Harry Potter and The Poisonwood Bible. As for movies my top ones are: Better Off Dead, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Tangled. I really don't have a favorite song, but I prefer alternative music. However, my playlist can go from Alternative to classical music within a second, I have a broad range of tastes. I was involved in my choir (I went to NYC; amazing) and heavily in dance (once more; amazing) so normally, I'm a very, very busy person with many things I love.

I love Sims (duh) and I have TS3 on my laptop, but, I prefer the Sims 2 really. Now, just because I'm an Admin doesn't mean I won't be involved in the Events, always check to see what I'm throwing at you. ;) Feel free to PM me anything-- suggestions, concerns, ideas or if you just want to talk-- I'll be there.

So that's me in a big nutshell. :)

I'll see you around the forums as your new Admin now! :drinks:

I started out playing with The Sims Complete collection, and eventually moved on to TS2! I love build, decorating, doing photoshoots, and that sort of stuff! Oh, and of course, legacies & stories! I've started quite a few legacies & other stories, but the only one I've ever finished was one of my legacies: The Burke Legacy.

I love to read, cook & bake, shop, spend time with my friends, listening to music, and that kind of stuff. I love the Harry Potters, as well as the shows Friends, The Office, and quite a few others! I'm not much of a sports person, unless you count pilates, that is :P

I can be a bit sarcastic, although not as much on the internet! Some people think I'm rather shy and quite, but my friends will let you know that, once you get to know me, I just won't shut up sometimes!

I'm rather intimidated by the amount Chelsea wrote, but I'll just keep this short! So feel free to send me a PM if you have a question or if you just wanna say hi!

I joined boolprop 2 years ago, like a week after I turned 12. I'm going on 3 years of being a boolpropian! I have played The sims, sims 2, but currently, I play The Sims 3.

I am a freshman in high school at an all girls Catholic high school. It's amazing. Definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had. I am currently working on crew for our fall musical, The Wiz! Speaking of musicals, I love them! I have seen a total of 13 live. Both my parents, and my sister are just as enthusiastic about musicals as me. My favorite is RENT, followed by The Phantom of the Opera. Both I have seen live. The next musical I am determined to see live is Les Mis!

I love to read! I am a bit of a mystery fanatic. Agatha Christie is one of my favorites, along with Mary Higgens Clark. My favorite author, though, is Nicholas Sparks. I have read: The Notebook, Message in a Bottle, A Walk to Remember, The Rescue, and The Last Song. I am determined to read all his amazing books, though. Message in a Bottle is my favorite, though. It's the one that made me cry the most  Some other authors I enjoy are Sarah Dessen, Sophie Kinsella, and Deb Caletti. Oh, and I cannot forget the Harry Potter series! Read them all and got the last book the day it came out! For TV, I am a big Glee fanatic. (It takes place in Lima, Ohio, which I find kind of awesome). Along with Glee, I like to watch shows like Friends, Modern Family, The Office, and Pretty Little Liars.

I am a HUGE music fanatic, ever since I was a kid. My itunes consists of Britney Spears (my fav), Backstreet Boys, *Nsync, Spice Girls, Christina Aguilera, Eminem, Miranda Lambert, and some soundtracks from musicals. I really need to update it  I also enjoy artists like: Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Madonna, Beyonce/Destiny's Child, Aaliyah, Jay-Z, etc, etc. My favorite genre is Pop, but I also like country and some rap.

I enjoy playing volleyball, skiing, swimming, shopping, hanging out with friends, and just having fun! :D

Feel free to ever PM me. I'll always reply! :D I hope to get to know everyone here better! I'll always be posting around in the forums, and the chat, so never been afraid to say hi! I'll see you guys around :D

StyxLady wrote:Hey everyone, I'm Cait, otherwise known as StyxLady! :) So, I'm usually pretty horrible at these "talk about yourself" things, but let's see how this goes. ;)

To begin with, I feel like the grandmother in the mod crew. At 30, I think I'm older than almost everyone else...lol. Well, I'm young at heart. I live in Oregon with my (2nd) husband and my 3 kids. I have 2 girls who are (at the moment) 9 and 7, and my son is 2 1/2. I'm lucky enough to be a work-at-home-mom, which allows me more time for Simming. I'm painfully shy, but I've been working on overcoming that shortcoming for years. So, if I seem like I'm not very talkative, it's probably because I'm having a relapse. ;)

I am addicted to Dr. Pepper, because it is made of pure awesomeness. My husband always says we should just hook it up to an IV for me. My favorite meals always involve either cheese, pasta, or potatoes (and preferably a combination of those). In short, it's pretty obvious I'm not what you would call a health nut.

I've been playing the Sims since the first one came out, and I've been writing Sims stories since the Sims 2, but it wasn't until the Sims 3 came out that I really stuck with it. I currently have a DITFT in the 14th generation, and several other challenge stories and collabs running. I love it!

Some of my favorite things...

TV Shows: Highlander the Series, Star Trek (all of them), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Quantum Leap, MacGyver, Stargate SG-1, Glee
Movies: Lord of the Rings trilogy, all Disney animated movies (especially the Pixar ones), Dogma, Iron Man, the first Highlander (ONLY the first one!), the new Star Trek, Kung Fu Panda, Junior
Music: Styx (haha, duh), Five for Fighting, John Denver (no laughing!), Evanescence, Eagles, REO Speedwagon, Journey, Taylor Swift, Plain White Ts
Video Games: Super Mario Brothers games, Donkey Kong Country (all of them, including Donkey Kong Country Returns), Final Fantasy series (especially 8), The Sims (of course!), World of Warcraft, Bejeweled 3.

I'm around often, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to PM!

mmmtoast wrote:Hello All! I'm mmmtoast, usually just known as Toast. You can also call me Rebecca, if you'd like. I'm very excited to be a mod here on Boolprop, it's been one of my favorite websites for a long time. I'm twenty-four years old, and my goal in life is to be a writer. I started writing when I was 10 years old, and I've been going strong ever since. I'm currently working on my first novel, and I hope to have it finished early next year. I'm also a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, currently between jobs, but hoping to change that.

When I'm not writing, I'm reading everything I can get my hands on. I love a wide variety of books and authors, from Jane Austen to The Hunger Games. I also love music and my favorite bands are The Birthday Massacre, Muse, Ladytron, Rise Against, Mindless Self Indulgence, The Beatles and singers like Elvis and Loreena McKennitt. Of course, I also love video games...especially point and click adventures and zombie games. Of course, like just about everyone I took my turn with World of Warcraft, but I'm a recovering addict. I also of course, love the Sims. I've been playing Since TS1 and I'm currently a Sims 3 player.

I also love crafting. I crochet, make jewelery and I make things out of polymer clay. I also love tea and coffee, and would love to have my own tea shop/bakery some day. I'm happiest when I'm baking, it's how I make myself feel right with the world.

I'm always around if you have any comments or concerns or even if you just want to chat!
