First of all, Holley and Sawyer deserve an Oscar for their performances in this chapter - especially Sawyer for his dedication to the role. XD
Geez, poor Nicoli, so unlucky in love just because of one stupid cow mascot's random flirt. I'm so happy he ended up with the girl he loved once again (and that she left that awful job). Happy ending all around, except for that unfortunate teenage boy in the beginning of the chapter.
Great chapter, Jo, and I can't wait to see what the main house sims are up to next.

The Interlude was Great! and I love what you did with the city street: the garbage, dumpster, hobpo and the scene in the building was awesome and the way the building was done was great! haha yes, now if I had thought of using Holley and Sawyer from the get go it would have been Sawyer in that trash- but then again I would have had to change his stats as he wouldn't have eaten as messily as I would have wanted lol. I only thought of them really being simselves by the time I shot the diner scene.

Those mascots are very annoying! That one probably died at the hand of Evil Lottie.

Nic did call an ambulance for Trent. Not that I said if he lived or died....but I don't think he’ll be peeking in any more coffins.

Thanks Gem It took a bit of time getting that warehouse and ally set just right. If you saw the picspam you will have seen that the buyable trash went and produced roaches on me. The diner I downloaded of MTS and tweaked.

You always make the spare stories interesting! Nicoli's story in particular had a great description of the setting as well as a compelling story.

At first I thought you had a rebuild because of the situation with Chiara and Tamara's dream of delivering the baby and thought you handled it beautifully.

Rosa is such a sweet girly girl. Loved the scenes with her birthday party (especially her dancing along with her little sister), though I wonder what is up with Luigi. Hope he is not actually developing dementia, poor guy, he's still far too young for that.

Congratulations to Lottie and Brandon for finally getting married. Even if kids are not in the cards for them, they make a great couple and I'm sure they'll be very happy. Also, I had to laugh at Angel's attitude towards Bru at the wedding. Oh, Angel, always such a riot.

Even though it's so sad to have poor baby Chiara die of SIDS in-story, I really like the fact that you chose to incorporate the game issues in the storyline like that, instead of just having Mo in there and never mentioning Chiara. I know most writers in this community avoid having such themes in their stories, that's one of the reasons I was so scared when writing that ATOR chapter where Lillian had a miscarriage.
That must have been such a terrible thing for Amber to go through, I really hope Alisa starts spending more time with her and Mo (and of course her own kids) to make Amber's life a little easier. Though I have to wonder, what exactly was Tony's reaction to his child's death? He didn't seem to be overly affected by it...but maybe that's because you showed Amber's perspective more. He does seem like the kind of guy that would bottle up grief forever and never talk of it no matter how hard it was for him. (And that's just me thinking too much about things again.)

On another note, Tamara's childbirth nightmare was hilarious, though that must have been quite a scare for her. I have heard that pregnancy does make people have very wacky dreams, though of course I wouldn't know.
Oh dear, a cliffhanger at the hospital? (I just hope that everything turns out well for Salvatore, Tamara and the baby. I wonder what did happen to him to end the call abruptly like that!)

Sounds like Amber might be experiencing some postpartum depression? So sad about Chiara, maybe she's just super nervous and worried. It's hard enough being a first time Mom without all that extra worry added on.

That was the most adorable wedding ever - I loved what a big part the kids were in it, so many cuties! The dream was great too, and both hospital scenes were right on. But yikes, what a cliffhanger.

I feel so sorry for Amber... I hope she gets the help she needs before her fears negatively impact her baby. Alisa is officially awesome.

I actually read this earlier, so I'm gonna be remarking as I remember stuff. First of all - haha! Can't be a proper Mobacy without someone getting shot in the update.

Luigi's too young to get senile! I do wonder what's up with him. (and I was half expecting one of Bela's presents to be a bonsai tree, lol)

Leave it to Lottie to have an atypical wedding. "Aunt Fuzzy" highly approves of the hair. I also loved that the wedding was intimate and informal, with just the close family there. Was that for Lottie's sake, or are you finally weary of staging huge lavish weddings? lol

See, I would have just left out the whole "virus software shredded the first baby" part and pretended it didn't happen. But you went and made it plot. I am curious to see how Amber's over-protectiveness affects Mo later. But for Amber, being that paranoid and worried all the time will wear you down something awful. Between she and Luigi it's starting to sound like they need to employ the Therapist!

And that's saying nothing of Tamara's crazy dream! I was seriously thinking "what the heck... Jullien's a DOCTOR now?" And then I actually let out a guffaw when I saw the kittens! Well, teddy bears. But that was hilarious. Though now I'm wondering what's going on! Was her "litter of kittens" dream foreshadowing? You didn't happen to install a triplets hack too, did you?!

Wonderful update Jo! Lots of drama going on at the moment though.
I feel bad for Amber having lost the baby, but it's nice to see you added the glitch into the story. It should be interesting to see how Amber's behavior affects Mo as he gets older. Here's hoping Alisa can continue to be a good friend and help Amber out.
I'm also concerned about Luigi too. Poor guy's awfully young to be losing his mind. I hope it's not Alzheimer's disease.
And I'm a little concerned about Tamara and the baby. I hope everything turns out okay there.
Now onto happier stuff. Rose is a cutie in all her girly girlness. Loved her hiding under the cot.
Loved that Angel would give up her seat for little Rose, but no way was she sitting in front of a rambunctious toddler! She pushes the pregnant lady out of her seat so she doesn't have to sit near the drooler. Of course she ends up meeting said great nephew anyway which is just priceless. Oh how I love Angel.
The dream sequence about giving birth to kittens was hilarious! I bet that was fun to shoot.
I look forward to seeing more of this. You've got some interesting if very dramatic stuff going on.
Oh and it just wouldn't be the Mobacy without someone getting whacked in an update now would it?

Thank you I'm glad you think that was a good move to include Chiara. I was kind of nervous I might offend people, but it felt like a sim death at the time and seeing this is something I have some experience with I thought I would include it. I was showing Amber's perspective more. Tony is not unaffected, but he is a bit insensitive.

I thought that childbirth nightmare might make a good comic relief. I had fun with that. And yes being pregnant can give you all kinds of weird dreams.

I haven't done a cliff hanger for ages, although I guess that means I can't leave it hanging literally on that last picture for too long!

I tried Hat's aging mod first, that gave toddlers 12 days and children 32! That was just too long. I don't really count teens as I will still send them off to uni after about a week or whenever I need to. Adults, I like having the longer age span so they won't need elixer, elders I'm not too sure. I may shorten the lives of some of them.

Amber's reaction is from losing Chiara rather than PND. Not to say that couldn't be a reaction of PND, but I've never had it to write about it, so I wouldn't be too sure how to portray that.

Thank you! Lottie did get rather a big wedding segment for a spare, but she is one of my favourites. The tots on chairs was a bit challenging to do, so more ended up on laps. I was glad they were there though, I think it adds a lot to the family atmosphere to include them.

Yes, somebody needed to be shot and that glitched bartender was the perfect hit. He wouldn't leave, he had been struck with lightening with the bat box the day before so next step was Luigi with his Tommy gun.

Heh, it may have been small but that wedding was not easy to shoot. Took me two goes with OMPS's and the freezer clock. That was due to toddlers on rather those toddler seats. Bru glitched off his which is how he ended up near Angels shoulder. But the plan was for a small intimate wedding.

The dream birth scene was a hoot. Julien made it all the more funny by easily pulling the best faces for it.

That bar tender had it coming. First he steals the paper, secondly he won’t leave, thirdly he got zapped by the bat box and still didn't take the hint. What about 'mafia headquarters' did he not understand?!
