I believe it's when you box up your leftovers and the things you got newer versions of and set them out on the curb for people to help themselves -- sort of a charity thing. But then, we don't have Boxing Day in America, so I can't be sure about that.

Actually, it pretty much means that the day after Christmas most people take back things they don't like that they got the day before and for those who do like their stuff, they hit the sales at all the stores who usually sell Christmas things like ornaments, wrapping paper, decorations E.T.C. for 50-75% off. I hated working Boxing Day it was insanely busy, hot, loud and you ended up with a headache at the end of the day just from dealing with the uh...less than pleasant whiners about us not having the stuff they came for. (as if it's OUR fault we don't have it)

Me too. 4 days till Christmas and there's nothing up.

I suppose. Sorry about being anxious, I forget sometimes what this time of year means for people.
